Dear All kindly suggest me for:
One of my client wants to transfer his fund from his indian bank account to his foreign bank account.He is a person of an Indian origin and permanently resided in US.So my query is whether any tax liability will arise on such transfer of fund?????

there is no tax on trasnfer of funds but the initial source of earning is taxable.
