i am doing a job in a paper merchant and he want to import the paper from various country i want to know only that if we do the apply for Import Export Code and after that we have to apply for the Import Licence if yes then tell me what is the procedure for getting the Import Licence and where we will be apply for that plz reply me as soon as possible
