08 October 2012 Dear All Experts,

In a listed company when the Un-audited results of march quarter properly considered in 31.03.2012 quarter but not consider the audited results of this quarter till the date if we consider in the quarter of 30.09.2012 than what will we the proceeding whether it will show in audit committee meeting or not.

Please give clarity in your query, For quarter ending on 31.03.2012, in any case should be taken by audit committee/Board with in 60 days from the end of quarter. So you can not adopt in September.
