18 July 2012 We have formed a PVT ltd co which has 4 directors. Out of them one Mr X is presently a having a NRI status. Now its has been observed that Mr X has been shown as indian citizen. Mr X is filling his returns in india as an NRI. What is the implication of this issue. If needs to rectified then what is the process of getting this changes incorporated.
Mr X is planning to settle back in india from this year nov or dec 2012 permanently.

I will suggest you to update your Director current status by filing DIN 4 with MCA for updating his/her DIN.

19 July 2012 thanks Mr Mishra. But X is planning to settle down in india from the month of nov or dec. should we still required to change the status.Pls advice.
