i had purchase some material through cash on date 10-8-2010, our purchase dept.people raise the order on 18-8-2010,
it is acceptable in auditing ?

19 August 2010 some times the post purchase procedural will be done by some companies, some of the urgent purchase, you can ask for the evidence for approval for purchase without p.o

20 August 2010 In given situation, this need to be qualifed in the Audit Report, Because without Purhcase order the Purchase of goods indicates the failure of Internal control.
