Purchase of generator on c form condition

We are a dealer registered unde Andhra Pradesh VAT and CST Acts. Can we buy Generator from other states on C form condition.

The short question to your answer is yes because it will satisfy the condition laid down u/s 3(b)of the CST Act i.e. used "in generation or distribution of electricity or any other form of power"
