I have received your reply,my query is not regarding charging of VAT the local supplier has issued FORM C whether this particular transanction is Sale in transit or not and against which FORM to be issued against this transaction.

20 August 2010 In this we need to see the,

Billing address, and delivery address

Billing address is your name, the sale is local sale for you

If it is directly billed to suppllier, then is it C form against, Interstate sales
