Public viewing of moa of private company

18 August 2014 This is regarding viewing of public documents like MOA of PRIVATE COMPANY available at MCA website. If one views the public document, will that private company be intimated about their document being viewed by public every time it is done?

18 August 2014 By paying Rs. 100/- per company anyone can inspect the available docs of a company online.

No company will not be intimated in case anyone inspect company docs on MCA Site. There is no doubt about that.

18 August 2014 The reason I asked you is that I need a MOA format for a new PRIVATE company which will be set up to facilitate all the services that one can get at ones regional transport office. I plan to view MOA of the company which has already set up to do that. How to search for such company at MCA website?

Thank you so much sir. I was not aware that this is a common practice. I am getting lot of practical knowledge from you these days.

I have downloaded the object clause formats your have uploaded at the website. They are helping me. Still I would like to check the MOA of a company which has been established to render agency services to facilitate dealing with the transport office. Please let me know how to search for a company involved in such activity from MCA website?

18 August 2014 You have to create log-in ID at MCA site. After log in just explore MCA services. Rest it would be better to sit with some experienced professional who will guide you once regarding this process.

Does the mca website allow, after login, to search for companies servicewise ?

18 August 2014 No Bro servicewise search of companies is not allowed at MCA website. It is better to know the name of company you want to search to keep your search specific.

18 August 2014 Some basic instructions for using MCA Site:

1. First you should know about the CIN of company. To find out CIN you should be aware about the name of the company. Find below link to know about the CIN of company:

2. Use of CIN to check Master data of the Company:

3. View list of Director with the help of CIN Number:

I have observed that in order to access the master data of the company or to view the list of directors of the company one need not have mca website login.

I also clicked on view public documents without loging in to mca website. I could see the category of documents submitted by company. I clicked on incorporation documents link. It showed me list of forms submitted by company like form 1 and form 32. The remarks coloumn had the link saying "click here". I clicked on it. It showed me document name, document ID and comments rows. The comments said - There are no comments for this document. Am I getting this message and not seeing the document because I am not logged in?
