please tell me the rate of provisions in banking accounts statements.

100% provisioning on unsecured portion of the doubtful debt.
25% provisioning on secured portion of debt - upto 1 year of becoming the debt NPA.
40% - beyond 1 yr upto 3 years.
100% -post 3 years.
