If a contract is made with an outsider for Material with Labour than what would be obligation for Deduction of PF and ESI and on what amount- 1) if Labour charges specifically mentioned. 2) if Labour charges not specifically mentioned. -> what are the obligation to pay WCT on these services in Rajasthan and on what amount?

Better you maintain muster roll on daily basis and keep proper record of daily persence of workers, deduct PF/ESIC on actual persencs end of the month. In case ESIC not cover in your area you take worker compensation policy.
