I am working in an organisation in Delhi. But i get salary from the sister concern of the main organisation and PF is not deducted as no. of employees in its sister concern are below 20.
I want to get salary from Main organisation in Delhi but it has PF applicability and i dont want PF deduction as my salary is less.Is is possible or any form is available where i can mention that i dont want PF facility.

If they are filling form 11 and declaring that they were not member of PF in past and at present drawing basic salary above than Rs 15000/- , then they need not to be a member of PF.
BUT KEEP IT MIND THAT FOR EXISTING EMPLOYEES,THOUGH THEY ARE CROSSING 15000, PF DEDUCTION SHOULD NOT BE WITHDRAWN.

please carefully read the query and then reply. I am asking i want to draw a salary from an organisation which is registered under PF but i dont want PF deduction. so is there any option????

You read my reply properly if you are already a member of PF you can't opt out. Only for persons newly joining and already not a member of pf can opt out.

Yes you can do the same provided your salary is more than Rs 15,000 and filling form 11.
