10 December 2013 sir I want to know what can be do if any private agency is giving salary to his employees after deducting provident fund but in reality in employees of account of is not depositing.so how can be help him.

10 December 2013 The employer needs to register with the PF authorities who will maintain the employees PF accounts. The amounts deducted from the salaries of employees along with the employers contribution (equal amount) needs to be deposited every month into that account.
