Is the below info correct?
No. of years for which projections are reqd.
Cash credit: 2 yrs
WC: 2 yrs
Term loan: 4 yrs
any other type of loan is covered under cma?

06 August 2010 In my view, the limits you mentioned are generally applicable or you can say minimum required while processing loans.

However, the concern bank has the authority and can ask for more years projections.

Regarding coverage of loan by CMA, my view is that CMA is just the analysis of the Financial statement in order to assess the financial health of the concern. Therefore, it can be required for any type of loan or any facility which the bank provides to you.

However, all terms and requirements depend upon bank to bank and differs accordingly.
