I tried to register for professional tax. But on the registration screen, when I hit next and the next screen opened, my computer hung, due to which I had to restart and now when I try and register it says This PAN card already exists…
I cant edit my form because I dont have a request ID.
Now i want write letter to officer.
Please help me for the same.

Contact on phone to help line (registration), provide PAN and date and other information which they may ask, they will provide request ID.
Always note down the request ID as soon as it appears on screen, before you proceed to put further details.
