SIR, MY CLIENT HAS NOT DEPOSITED P.TAX OF HIS EMPLOYEES FOR 2 YEARS AND HAS NOT FILED THE RETURN RESPECTIVELY.SO I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT WILL BE THE PENALTY AND INTEREST AMT/RATE WHICH HE WOULD BE LIABLE FOR IN WEST BENGAL
