if you are talking about Maharashtra PT , then monthly gross salary you have to consider i.e. employers contri will not form part of gross salary for PT
26 January 2018
Employer Contribution means Contributions to EPF ? EPF Contributions not consider for Gross Salary but Bonus And Incentives paid is Considered to Calculate PT Slab.
