can Any one give me the profession tax slab rate in maharshtra for the year 2009-10 & also for year 2010-11.

IT is as under:
Prior to 1.7.09
Upto 2500 - Nil
2501 to 3500 - 60
3501 to 5000 - 120
5001 to 10000 - 175
Above 10001 - 2500 yearly ( 200/PM and for Feb - 300)
From 1.7.09:
Upto 5000- Nil
5001 to 10000 - 175
Above 10001 - 2500 yearly ( 200/PM and for Feb - 300)
Prior to 1.7.09
Upto 2500 - Nil
2501 to 3500 - 60
3501 to 5000 - 120
5001 to 10000 - 175
Above 10001 - 2500 yearly ( 200/PM and for Feb - 300)
