23 July 2012 A new unit is going to set up as subsidiary company for taking benefits under industrial scheme under madhya pradesh.
Whether same product can be manufactured under subsidiary company as manufacturing by holding company ?Is their any restrictions for these under any laws, rule or regulations applicable in India ?
