Dealer .. M/s YY, Chennai - 2
consignee to .. M/s ZZ, SEZ, Bangalore ..3

We have opted for E-1 Transaction.

Kindly confirm the documents to be collected from the parties apart from SEZ documents. Is it essential to obtain the copy of agreement between No.2 & No.3.

Could anyone can provide your valuable suggestion.
