Dealer .. M/s YY, Chennai - 2
consignee to .. M/s ZZ, SEZ, Bangalore ..3
We have opted for E-1 Transaction.
Kindly confirm the documents to be collected from the parties apart from SEZ documents. Is it essential to obtain the copy of agreement between No.2 & No.3.
Could anyone can provide your valuable suggestion.

if it is sale in transit the it can be treated as E-1 sales , no need to get the agreement between no.2.& No.3 by you
