23 November 2012 For a Private Limited Company, when shares were issued in share application form no nominee was nominated. Now the shareholder wants to include a nominee, is it possible?
If yes,what will be the procedure for including a nominee?

Read Section 109A of the Companies Act, 1956.

A member may at any time appoint a nominee in respect of his/her shares. Form -2B may be obtained from the company for giving the nomination.
