Procedure for e-tds return with out using any software

19 July 2015 Dear Sir ,
Please give a simple procedure for filling tds return ,i have no e tax software ,the how can i file tds return on NSDL / e filling ,so how much penalty for late filling that 200per day or tds amount which ever less,and how i pay penalty amount.

19 July 2015 You can use NSDL e-TDS/TCS Return Preparation Utility (RPU). Its FREE.

You can download from link given below:

https://www.tin-nsdl.com/etds-etcs/eTDS-RPU.php

Fees for late filing is Rs 200 per day subject to maximum of TDS amount involved.

Pay penalty using ITNS 281.
