Hi ,
I want to file return of Pvt Ltd company on ROC.
I want to know the exact procedure and requirments for filing those.
I also want to know the Forms required and the sequence.

You have to file form 20B.
Annual Return should be filed within 60 days of the date of AGM. An attachment of Annual Return as per schedule V is to be attached with form 20B.
Annual Return should be signed by atleast 2 directors one of them must be MD,if there is one.
Incase of listed company it should be certified by Company Secretary in Practice.
