Problem in updating dsc on mca site

Hi
I am facing problem in updating my DSC (practicing Professional) on MCA site. I have a business user ID created one year back with digital signatre certificate. The certificate got expired on 8th March.
Now, I am trying to register my new signatures through "Register DSC" option on Home Page of MCA site.
The error message coming is "user is already registered against this PAN"
Can anybody help me out on this. When registering the DSC, I am filling all the same details which were filled one year back at the time of original registration except that at the time of original registration I filled my membership status as Assciate and now I am filling Fellow.
Kindly advise and help me out on this.

kindly raise at ticket at https://www.mca.gov.in/MCA21/compGriev.html
they would be able to remove technical glitch if any. before that try registering with status as associate

I face the same problem now. Please anyone help.

Yes, when we raise a query ticket with all screenshots of the entry form and error message, they resolve the problem by two days.
