We want to file Private Placement Offer Letter(PAS -6).But this form is removed from MCA Website.Please let me know whether new form is available to file Private Placement offer Letter?Please help me in this regards.

19 February 2016 Dear Sir,

We already prepared PAS 4 & PAS 5.Earlier we used to file PAS 6 and the attachments will be PAS 4 & PAS 5.
Please let me know which form i need to file to ROC For Private Placement offer?I have already filed MGT 14 for Private Placement.
Whether we need to file any e-form for private placement offer?

22 February 2016 You have to file form GNL-2 for filing Private Placement offer letter (PAS-4)

22 February 2016 Dear Sir, But recently, mca introduced a form called PAS 6 for private placement which is not available in mca website now.
