30 July 2016 Government Fees upto Rs. 1000000 Authorised Capital inclusive of all documents etc will be around Rs. 8000. INC 29 can be filled or INC 1, INC 7, INC 22, DIR 3 can be filled with MCA.

15 August 2016 First you have to apply for DIN for each proposed Directors in DIR-3 Form Fees. 500.
Then INC-1 Form to be filed for approval of proposed name Rs. 500.
Then after name approval INC-7 for Incorporation, INC-22 Registered Office and DIR -12 for Director Appointment needs to be filed. Fees for INC-22 and DIR-12 is Rs. 500 and for INC-22 depends on the Authorised Share Capital.

Alternatively you can file INC-29 which is Integrated Form but the number of proposed names to be applied in that Form is 1. Feeswise both are mostly similar.

Various Documents are required like Address Proof, ID Proof of proposed directors, stamp papers, photos and some declarations in specific formats.
