Dear Experts,
I would like to file return for the advertising business under presumptive taxation.Please let me know if this can be done.Last year we did not file under sec44AD.This year the entire TDS becomes refundable if we file under sec 44AD.All other conditions are satisfied.

It is an eligible business. 44AD can be opted.
