14 November 2010 I have passed my foundation program in august
& i have no study material, should i give exam for both modules in JUNE 2011?

14 November 2010 You will be in the best situation to assess your preparation and accordingly appear for a single or both group.
It is always advisable to appear for both groups only if you are well prepared. Otherwise the unprepared group will effect the group for which you are well prepared.

15 November 2010 My dear friend, purpose of study material is only to give a out look of the syllabus,question patters,FAQ etc. My sincere advice is that in professional exams knowledge is the key and so you need to develop a habit of grasping the conceptural basics in subjects. So, you need refer books from different autors and solve as many probelm as you can. You should also read insitute journals and attend seminars. So, please come out of your college days and your university exams and start thinking of professionalism.
Regarding, appearing for exams -as my friend Sanjay has rightly pointed out, if you are confident of appearing then write both groups elese concentrate on one group and clear it and later u can appear for other
