Hi, I have a small q. that in forward contract If banker marking as Spot rate Rs.57/USD and FW Rate Rs.57.34/USD, as premium Rs.0.38 (0.04 as margin to Bank)
Q1. What amount should Recognize as Premium
Will Rs. 0.38 or Rs. 0.04?

premium should be .038 and .04 may be as bank comission /charges or allied cost.
