This is to confirm and certify that the company has complied with all the provisions of section 81 of the Companies Act, 1956 read with Unlisted Public Companies (Preferential Allotment) Rules, 2003 and further the company has also complied with all the legal and statutory formalities and no statutory authority has restrained the company for issuing 00,000 equity shares to M/s Limited issued on preferential basis.
