I ,am a proprietor in Salem, want to buy a product from Trichy and directly sell it to Chennai by the truck. How can I issue invoice and e-way bill under GST ? guide me.

15 September 2020 Take a tax invoice for the purchase from Trichy and issue tax invoice for the sale to Chennai. Ask your supplier to prepare bill to ship to E-way bill and send the material directly to Chennai.

15 September 2020 Ok Sir I Understood.
In this case, while preparing bill to ship to E-way bill by the supplier, he has also to put the value of invoice raised to me and if he does so,

1) the buyer will get know my purchase price. How to avoid this?
2) Based on the supplier invoice, I prepare tax invoice to Chennai,
but Invoice can not be given to the transport, Only I can send it
to Party through post. It is enough Sir?
3) Should the supplier prepare his invoice also ''Bill to ship to '' basis?
4) Transport services are actually provided from Trichy to
Chennai, here am i liable to pay freight?
plz guide me sir

15 September 2020 1 Instead of supplier you can prepare bill to ship to E-way bill disclosing your invoice value.
2 Upload invoice in GST portal and give invoice reference number to transporter.
3 Yes, supplier has to prepare his invoice.
4 yourself or chennai receiver has to pay freight.
