Practical issues faced by nri while filing itr

14 July 2015 I'm from Chennai and I moved to US on Feb'2015 and i was resident till then. So my status will be resident.

I have few clarifications.

1. what is the jurisdiction to be mentioned in ITR (jurisdiction based on my PAN or some other).

2. what should be the address (India address or US address) i should mentioned in ITR
