01 October 2010 Is power of attorney of leasing out immovable property is required to be registered along with lease agreement of the said property, if we are doing of lease agreement?

For the validity of execution of lease agreement there is necessary to notarised the PoA.
In a court it will be consider/accepted as proof of evidence, if ir will be notarised
by public notary.
