Hi, I am manikandanv from Coimbatore, tamilnadu
I have received study material for CPT on March 2009.
My question is I can attend the exam on December 2009 its possible.

If you are registered before 31-March-2009 you are eligibel to appear in June 09 attempt also.
i.e you are eligibel for both June and Dec
