My articleship period ends on 1st Feb 2012. My Industrial Training will begin on 15th April 2011 and end on 1st Feb 2012.(9 and a half months).
My employer will state 212 days as leaves taken in termination form. If i take 8 days leave in Industrial Training. then total leaves = 220 and allowed is 180. extension period = 40 days? right?
extension can be served b4 or after the attempt, right? i am eligible for nov 2011, but will be giving attempt in may 2012.
shud it be done b4 or after gmcs, after my attempt?
most importantly, where to be done? same IT company's place? same employer? any employer or any company?

Calculate excess or short leaves as under:
1. Calculate the total period served. 2. Calculate the total leaves availed. 3. Calculate the difference between 1 & 2. 4. Divide the result by 6 5. This will give you your eligible leaves. 6. Difference between eligible leaves and actual leaves is excess or short leaves.
