18 September 2012 What is the procedure for the formation of 100% subsidiary abroad by an Indian Private Limited?


Can the above formed 100% subsidiary enter into Technical Collaboration with any Indian Partnership firm/ Proprietor Firm?

18 September 2012 The abroad subsidiary to be incorporated abroad. The laws applicable will be the said abroad country.The said subsidiary can very well enter into technical collaboration with Indian firm or proprietory subject to however, the applicable rules of the said abroad country.
