These are the civil services for which UPSC conducts exams every year. The above referred services are covered by I.R.S. Initially, your designation will starts from ACIT & thereafter, you'll get promotions - ACIT / DCIT -> JCIT -> AddCIT -> CIT (Adm.)/ CIT (Appeals) -> CCIT
