Placement of jobs

suppose one person has become CA , then i want to know if he is called by companies for placement of jobs or not ? i.e his placement will be made automatically just after completing CA or not ? or he has to take tension for his job

It is like any other field.
First their is a Campus placement by the ICAI at most of the Big cities in India.
If you get a Job there, then ok otherwise you have to search a Job on your own only.
