Indian Company (ABC (I) PVT. LTD.) , which is subsidiary of Foreign Company provides technical (engineering service) services on behalf of Foreign Company to other Indian Companies in India.
ABC PVT. LTD. charges Service invoice to Foreign Co and receives amt in foreign currency.
For ABC. (I) PVT. LTD.
Is it treated as export of service?

The export of service and import of service rules is no more in operation.
The position can be firmed up by applying place of provision of service rules only when the nature of the service is being clearly bought out eloborately.
