Pf withdrawal

Dear sir,
PF has been refunded to me by my employer consequent on my resignation before completing 5 years of service after deducting tax at source on 25.03.2019.
In my current year's (AY 2019-20 / FY 2018-19) ITR(Schedule OS) I have to show income benefit and tax benefit year wise of previous years to which the PF components pertain. For latest 3 assessment years I am able to show the figures. I did not file ITRs for initial two years. How can I show the figures for the years not assesed. Incidentally there is no tax liability for those years as TDS was made by the employer in excess and i didn't claim any refund.
Please advise.
Thank you.

You can show the figures for the years not assessed and adjust any tax payable for those years against TDS already deducted. Claim 89(1) relief by filing 10E.

Thanks a lot sir, for clarification.
Can we submit form 10e only for the two years not assessed, or for all five years.
Please guide.

Dear sir,
I have prepared form 10e for the previous years as advised by you. I find that the differential tax as calculated by taking all arrears in current AY is less than the sum of all that computed year wise as per Table "A". Hence no relief is available u/s 89(1).
Please therefore advise on the following issues.
(1) Do we need to submit form 10e still, even though there is no relief, to show income details of all the years?
(2) As I enter details of unclaimed TDS of FYs 2013-14 and 2014-15 in the TDS schedule, information of corresponding income whether included in the current ITR is to be furnished. Is it enough since year wise breakup of PF withdrawal are mentioned in schedule of OS.
Kindly clarify on the above doubts.
with regards.

1 No need of form 10e, file the return taking it as current year income.
