Pf deduction

(Querist)
11 March 2013 We are a printing company having 60 nos permanent employees. Among them we deduct PF only from 28 nos employees as the rests are not interested in making payment for PF. Our basic salary is Rs.3000/-. Now my question is that are we liable to deduct PF from all our permanent employees and if yes then what penalty we have to pay as we are not deducting PF from all our employees ?
Please help.

11 March 2013 You need to deduct PF from all employees drawing salary upto 6,500/-. For remaining employees it is optional.
