Permission to other courses during articleship

sir, can we do the courses in which some classes are in day time but there is not compulsory to attain classes according to their prospectus ? this course is not through distant or open mode such as ignou.

you submit form 112 with a covering letter stating that you are not attending for classes
But as per my opinion icai may not permit you as you may breach the promise and attend for classes and with which articleship is interupted..
However you may request icai by giving fact to them
and you can definetely get permission from icai if it is course through distance education
