My client is in Business of water sport, it is seasonal Business between Sept to May. It is proprietorship,his income is below taxable limit 1,60,000 after meeting all expenses. His income tax return is pending for FY 2009-2010. What is last date to file Income tax Return for FY 2009-2010.
