AT THE TIME OF FILING OF RETURN ASSESEE DEPOSIT THE TAX AS NORMAL TAX RATE INSTEAD OF MAT, NOT CONSIDERED THE MAT CACULATION . AT THE TIME OF ASSESSEMENT PROCESSING AO FIX UP THE TAX LIABILITY U/S 115JB
NOW IT WILL BE ATTARACT FOR PENALTY U/S 271 1C
