payment to employee for referring candidate

we pay "referral bonus" to employee when he refers some candidate to our co.When referred candidate completes 2 mths, then referring employee is being paid referral bonus - which is out of salary, it is a separate bank payment.

My query, in this case, will tax be cut on this payment ? if yes, under which section ? pl provide solution

14 July 2009 The said amount can be added to the employees salary and be paid as bonus and TDS deductible under section 192
