Payment of stipend

Dear people
I have informed my principal about the notification of increasing the minimum stipend, but he is of the opinion that a copy of the notification has not been forwarded to him.
Can anybody confirm me about the increment in minimum stipend notification.

Still there is no increase but there is a propsal. http://220.227.161.86/34732notification24475.pdf See above link. It is just a draft. date of applicability will be from the date of amendment in Chartered Accountant regulation 1988.
