in a partnership firm der r 2 two partners n dey hav conflict between them..one of the partner mail the auditor not to carry out audit n auditor agrees on that is d auditor is guilty r not???

Who of the 2 partners is empowered to give such instruction is the chief concern?
Before arriving at any conclusions as to GUILTY (Although it sounds to be VERY much BLOWN up word, a number of factors shall be considered as to what was the earlier behaviour of the said partner with Auditor, whether he/she used to give the similar instructions.... who was, on and average, liasoning with auditor for earlier years.....
Yet another issue is if the auditor is AWARE of the dispute, then he has every RIGHT to act on the instruction of any of the partners whether OR not the partneship deed otherwise provide.
