A frim having two partner Mr. A & B, Mr. A wish to retire from partnership, but Mr. B is not ready to dissolve the partnership, run the business as proprietor or not to leave Mr. A. What setp shall be taken by Mr. A for retire from partnership? So he will be not liable for future in any respect.
