Partnership firm (urgent)

I want to start business in partnership with my friend. i dont want to register the firm.
what all documents and proof i need for partnership firm and what all i have to do in terms of paper work as i dont want to register.
i have both of us id proof. registered address rent agreement and phone bill.
also have partenrship deed ready.
now on how much amount stamp paper i need to print it and do i need to notarise or pay duty or attest etc for it to be legal?? and from where. initial total capital is Rs. 100000 so how much amount of stamp paper etc.

its urgent plz respond .
