Partnership firm dissolution

17 June 2013 Dear Sir,

We have a partnership firm which we want to close at the mutual consent of all partners.
Now, I want to know that is it possible for running a proprietorship firm in the same name (Partnership firm's name) after the dissolution of the partnership firm.
