Part time practice of a CA in full time employment

is there any possibility to apply for part time practice of a CA to the ICAI? if possible, may I know the scope? may I know the procedure of applying for part time practice?

Hi,
I am not sure but .. the ans might be no.
Yet the same can be made possible if your employer / employee relationship being a contract of service.... can be made a contract for service, applicable in the case of an independent sub-contractor. thus, thereafter you may get COP.
